Photos and Food...

Saturday, my fellow Canadian friend, Andrea, and I visited the Imperial Palace Grounds. Although we couldn't get in, we took a scenic 5km walk around the historic tourist site. Even from the exterior, it's so much to take in. To make up for the exercise, we went the the most amazing vegetarian restaurant, where I experienced my first veggie burger (a model-esque spin on the Canadian classic?). I've never thought I would be able to cut out meat, but this meal made be a believer. I love having Canadian girls around!
